As I kid, I used to trace parts of the cartoons to make silly hybrids.

If only I had more disposable income to buy unique stuff. I’d register restlesspigs.com or restlesspigs.net. Both are available.

I’d also purchase this really cool desk and sink discovered at Jeffery’s. It’s from an old science classroom. One of the dungeon masters (folks with keys to unlock the cabinets) suggested I should buy it since they don’t have room. It would be fun for a bathroom remodel or something. Anyone care to spot me $800? Wonder if they’d take less. Anyway, here’s some pictures of the desk.

I was reminded this evening of an irritating aspect on some newer GM vehicles. For whatever reason, both the tail lights and backup lights illuminate when folks use keyless entry. The red/white combination gives the illusion the vehicle will soon be rolling backwards to both pedestrians and drivers alike. Brilliant engineering on this one guys!

Came across a lost pile of cube pictures over the weekend. Can’t remember exactly where I purchased them but I’m pretty sure they came from a combination of Crescent Hill Trading Company, Strasburg Antique Mall and Eclectiques Antique Mall.

Poking around Google Maps today when I noticed the coverage of Street View has exploded blue across the country! It’s not just large cities that are covered anymore but small towns.

If you aren’t familiar with Street View, it’s a feature of Google Maps that allows you to view and navigate street level pictures taken from all around the country. Here’s some examples from my hometown of New Martinsville, WV.

The magic of the Internet drew me to discover ukulele covers on YouTube. Search on your favorite song or artist with ukulele added onto the end and prepare to be amazed at what folks are uploading. Be warned, the videos are addictive and will consume large chunks of time.
